Neil Lasher is a learning consultant and an expert on eLearning and mobile learning techniques. A regular author of instructional design papers and a frequent speaker at learning conferences, he has been published in Chief Learning Officer magazine, Emerald Literati, Training Prism, Learning Solutions, and TrainingZone. A past president of ASTD (Global Network U.K.) and past vice-chair of eLearning Network, Neil is on the advisory board of the UK’s Learning and Performance Institute. In 2012 Neil worked for the 2012 London Olympics, helping roll out 1 million hours of learning to 200,000 people.
