It is said that culture is the foundation of future innovations—and learning culture is clearly the most important aspect of any organization’s culture. In this session, you will explore ways in which an organization can build a culture of learning among its employees. With a focus on eLearning, you will learn theories of motivation and collaboration and examine examples of best practices from the real world. This session will give you both the templates and the tools with which to develop your own unique learning culture.

Deepak holds a master's degree in engineering and an MBA.
