Agile provides a framework for adapting to change as it happens, and working with stakeholders to deliver the content most-needed by learners.

In this workshop you will learn how to adapt agile project management methods to your instructional design projects. You will explore the required tools and supplies for agile project management, how to choose a project to pilot, and how to prepare your team for agile. You will learn how agile techniques improve centralized information, keep projects on track, and manage hours and resources more effectively. You will apply agile to real-world scenarios that will help you apply these methods to your own work projects.
