With the increasing demand for accessibility, many e-Learning developers find that they must provide captions for any video incorporated in their productions. Detailed instructions for creating captions have been difficult to find, however. In this article, an experienced developer shows you an inexpensive captioning application, and her secrets for success in using it with Windows Media Player and QuickTime.
