Author: Seung Youn (Yonnie) Chyung and Armi Stephanie Treñas

Abstract:
A complete and effective learning strategy for many organizations must include delivery of instruction through several modalities. This week’s article and case study, written by two experts in blended learning, will give you an excellent process for producing content fine-tuned to your organization!
