There’s lots of talk about replacing training with performance support, and, in many cases, it’s a great idea. But the performance support/training conversation isn’t always either/or—quite often you will need both. Many organizations struggle with incorporating performance support within a training context.

In this session you will explore how you can design a learning experience to get the best of both the performance support and training worlds. You will learn not only how this can be done, but also why it is often critical that you should. Ideally organizations should be clamoring for performance support. In this session you’ll discuss the reality of why an independent strategy often can’t get traction, and why it may be time for a more unified approach. Participants will leave this session understanding the rationale and key approaches to improve performance support adoption through a more cohesive learning experience design framework.
