Learning at the Moment of Need: Connecting Learning to Performance

Most workplace learning happens outside formal training courses and classes. To effectively support and improve on-the-job performance, learning content must also be available when the learner needs it. Ideally, this learning is also context-aware, recognizing the learner's role and situation and providing only the appropriate learning content. Learning at the point of need augments and sustains formal training, and helps ensure that each learner's performance aligns with strategic business goals. Join this Online Forum to learn strategies and tactics for getting your learners the learning content they need when and where they need it.

Check out the Learning Solutions Magazine article, “16 Performance Support Tips, Strategies, and Tactics,” written by several of this Forum's presenters.
