Ruth Clark, Ed.D

A recognized specialist in instructional design and technical training, Dr. Clark holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology from the University of Southern California. Prior to founding CLARK Training & Consulting, Dr. Clark served as training manager for Southern California Edison. She is past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement and author of five books inlcuding Efficiency in Learning, e-Learning and the Science of Instruction, Graphics for Learning, Building Expertise, and Developing Technical Training. She has also written and numerous articles for a wide variety of publications. Dr. Clark is the 2006 recipient of the Thomas F. Gilbert Distinguished Professional Achievement Award from ISPI.

Lance Dublin

Lance is the president of Dublin Consulting and is an independent management consultant, international speaker and author based in San Francisco, California and serving clients world-wide. He specializes in strategy development, program design, and implementation for corporate learning programs and organizational change management. He brings to his work more than 30 years' experience in adult education and training, communication and change leadership, and motivation and innovation. He is the co-author of the book Implementing e-Learning. He went from designing a weeklong "Experiment in Free Form Education" program in high school to co-founding one of the nation's first fully accredited "University Without Walls".

Conrad Gottfredson, Ph.D.

Conrad Gottfredson has devoted the past 25 years helping organizations remove wasteful, redundant learning and performance support practices, manage their intellectual capital, and wisely employ emerging learning technologies and methodologies. He has a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology and initially earned his Rw.E. (Real-world experience) while supervising the development and implementation of training curricula, documentation, and help desk support for computer technology ranging from supercomputers to PCs for a large multi-national corporation. Dr. Gottfredson has also taught advanced instructional design as adjunct faculty at Brigham Young University. Dr. Gottfredson is currently the Executive director of the George Washington Center for Freedom and Understanding.

William (Bill) Horton, Ph.D.

William Horton has been designing technology-based training since 1971 when, as an undergraduate, he designed a network-based course for the MIT's Center for Advanced Engineering Study. He is an internationally sought-after speaker and instructor. He is a registered Professional Engineer, an MIT graduate, and Fellow of the STC. He is a recipient of ACM's Rigo Award for contributions to software documentation, IEEE's Alfred N. Goldsmith Award for contributions to engineering communications, and the IF Award (Germany) for industrial design. His books include Designing Web-Based Training, Designing and Writing Online Documentation, Leading e-Learning, Evaluating e-Learning, Using e-Learning, Secrets of User-Seductive Documents and he is co-author of e-Learning Tools and Technologies, Getting Started in Online Learning, and The Web Page Design Cookbook.

Bob Mosher

Bob Mosher joined LearningGuide in November 2006 as Global Chief Learning and Strategy and Evangelist with a leading role in LearningGuide’s international management team. Bob has been an active and influential leader in the learning and training industry for over 23 years and is renowned worldwide for his pioneering role in e-learning and new approaches to learning. Bob joined LearningGuide from Microsoft, where he was Director of Learning Strategy and Evangelism. Before, Bob was the Executive Director of Education for Element K where he directed and influenced their learning model and products. He is an influential voice in the IT training industry, speaking at conferences and participating within industry associations such as CLO Magazine, CompTIA, ASTD, and The e-Learning Guild.

Marc Rosenberg, Ph.D.

Marc J. Rosenberg is a New Jersey, U.S.A.-based management consultant, writer, educator and leading figure in the world of training, organizational learning, e-Learning, knowledge management and performance improvement. Dr. Rosenberg is a highly regarded thought leader and much-sought-after presenter, Dr. Rosenberg has spoken at The White House and keynoted at numerous professional and business conferences. He is the author of the best-selling books, e-Learning: Strategies for Delivering Knowledge in the Digital Age and Beyond e-Learning: Approaches and Technologies to Enhance Organizational Knowledge, Learning and Performance. He has also authored more than 40 articles and book chapters, and is a frequently quoted expert in major business and trade publications. Dr. Rosenberg holds a Ph.D. in instructional design, plus degrees in communications and marketing. He also holds the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation from ISPI.

Allison Rossett, Ph.D.

Allison Rossett, long time Professor of Educational Technology at San Diego State University, is also a consultant in training and technology-based performance. She was recently selected as a Distinguished Fellow of the Naval Education and Training Learning Strategies Consortium. Her most recent book is Job Aids and Performance Support: Moving from Knowledge in the Classtoom to Knowledge Everywhere. She is also the author of The ASTD e-Learning Handbook and co-author of Beyond the Podium: Delivering Training and Performance to a Digital World, winner of the ISPI Instructional Communications award, 2002. Rossett's book, First Things Fast: A Handbook for Performance Analysis, won the ISPI Instructional Communications award in 1999. Allison has keynoted at conferences and events all over the world.
