David HolcombeFounder, President & CEO David Holcombe has been focused on learning and performance improvement for his entire professional career. Over the last 25 years, he has organized hundreds of events across North America and Europe that have collectively provided tens of thousands of participants with information, ideas, and knowledge to enable them to leverage various information technologies to improve knowledge and performance. These events have addressed topics such as e-Learning, computer training, technical support, information design & development, knowledge management, and user assistance and Help design. In addition to his role at the Guild, David also serves on the Board of Directors of LINGOs (Learning for International NGOs), and the Advisory Board of the eLearning for Kids Foundation. |

Heidi FiskFounder, Executive Vice President Heidi Fisk brings years of experience working both in a Fortune 200 company as a training professional, and as an event producer serving the training and e-Learning industry. Ms. Fisk was the Vice President of Worldwide Program Development at Influent Technology Group where she was responsible for the content of all events. She led the development of 46 conference programs in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Influent, she spent twelve years as a training professional at The St. Paul Companies, a large Midwest-based insurance company, where she oversaw the end user and desktop technology training. Her responsibilities included coordinating the design, development, and delivery of training in multiple formats for 3,000+ corporate staff and 8,000+ field office personnel. She also acted as the corporate technology training liaison for the international affiliate companies in Europe and Asia. |
