In the last decade, YouTube has delivered Khan Academy classes, TED Talks, Common Craft explainer videos, and tons of bite-sized science. But the platform’s features are ever-changing and not well understood by those in the professional learning field. Many still regard YouTube with fear, even while enjoying its content. In this workshop, you will learn the ins and outs of everything YouTube. From a strategic standpoint, you will learn how best to discuss video eLearning within your organization and define a custom strategy for your specific needs. You’ll explore the benefits and drawbacks of community, configure a channel from scratch, and produce some YouTube live streaming content.
