Frank Meister, the senior program manager spec for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, is an accomplished learning leader who assists organizations with implementing technology training programs that support workplace performance improvement. He has designed and delivered a variety of learning and development programs over the past 20 years in a variety of roles within business, university, and public education sectors. In his current position Frank is responsible for the management of technology training programs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He holds a BA degree in education from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree in instructional technology management from LaSalle University.
