has more than 20 years' experience in the high-tech industry. He currently conceives of and implements strategic and emerging mobile learning programs for Learning@Cisco, incorporating the latest practices in mLearning and “native application” technologies. Jim is a pioneer and change agent, having developed several firsts at Cisco. These include Cisco mLearning apps for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, and Android to purchase, unencrypt, and play interactive learning content, quizzes, and videos even when offline, Mobile Learning Modules optimized for interactive learning on mobile devices utilizing HTML5, and Cisco mLearning Test and Study to practice and prepare for certification exams on your iPhone (coming soon).

retired in 2006 as the Emerging Technology Analyst in the Office of Learning and Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin System. In early 2000, she founded and was Executive Director at the UW System of the Academic ADL Co-Lab with the U.S. Department of Defense. Judy has been involved in technology for learning for over 25 years, and with mobile learning since 1996. She now works entirely in the mobile learning area with government, corporations, and schools. Currently back with the ADL, Judy works on the ADL Immersive Learning Technologies Team leading mobile learning and on the Army Education Advisory Committee.

is a leader in the field of educational innovation. He has worked in K-12, higher education, corporate, and government training environments as well as private consulting. Richard is currently the Enterprise Learning Technologies Program Manager at the Central Intelligence Agency. His work focuses on leveraging technology solutions to create effective large-scale distributed learning environments. Before his work with the federal government, Culatta was the learning technologies adviser for the David O. McKay School of Education at Brigham Young University and the Director of Operations for the Rose Education Foundation.

Specific areas of focus include: learning business strategy, performance measurement, operational excellence, outsourcing, blended learning, and mobile learning. Dr. Metcalf was formerly the Chief Learning Technologist at RWD Technologies. He joined RWD with the sale of his NASA Kennedy Space Center laboratory spin-off company -- Merrimac. Prior to spin-off, he was the Lead Multimedia Designer at NASA KSC. He is the author of several recent works including: Blended eLearning: Integrating Knowledge, Performance Support and Online Learning, Operational Excellence, and mLearning: Mobile Learning and Performance.

In the commercial world, Clark has held executive management positions at Open Net, Access Australia CMC, and Knowledge Universe Interactive Studio. Working since 2001 through Quinnovation, he integrates creativity, cognitive science, technology, and business strategy to deliver engaging and effective solutions to learning, knowledge, and performance needs. An internationally recognized scholar with a Ph.D. from UCSD, he has held positions at San Diego State University, the Learning Research & Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of New South Wales. |

is an Associate Professor at Abilene Christian University. In the spring of 2007, Rankin and a team of colleagues began work on the initiative that became "ACU Connected," ACU's ground-breaking iPhone and iPod touch-based mobile-learning initiative. Along with the other members of the ACU Connected team, he was named an "Innovator of the Year" for 2008 in the mobile learning category by Campus Technology magazine, and ACU's initiative continues to garner awards, most recently from ACUTA and Alcatel-Lucent. In 2009, Rankin was named ACU's first Director of Educational Innovation, an academic technology imagineering position designed to explore and develop new educational technologies and pedagogies. In 2009, he was also recognized by Apple Inc. as an Apple Distinguished Educator.

A co-founder at Rexi Media, Dr. Taran’s focus is on presentation skills, communication, and experience design, applied in face-to-face, virtual, or on-demand training settings. A published author, she has kept audiences alert and entertained in the United States, Canada, Taiwan, China, and Japan.
