All Optional Certificate Programs will be held on Monday, June 20th, and include the entire one-day program, all materials, box lunch, and beverage breaks.

Registration Discounts
The following discounts may apply to your registration fee for the mLearnCon 2011 Conference. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative: you can combine a standard e-Learning Guild membership discount, one early registration discount, one organizational discount, and a group discount for substantial savings. (Note: These discounts do not apply to pre-conference programs.)

eLearning Guild Membership Discounts
- Guild Member and Member-Plus get a 20% discount on their conference registrations.
- Guild Premium Members get one full conference registration and one pre-conference workshop included in their membership.
Group Discount
If your organization has a group of three or more planning to attend, then take advantage of a 10% group discount! All registrations must be made at the same time. For information, or to register your group, please call +1.707.566.8990.
Organizational Discounts
To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization's status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

25% Non-profit Employee Discount: If you're employed by any non-profit organization.

25% Government Employee Discount: If you're employed by any government or military organization.

50% Academic Institution Discount: If you're employed by any accredited academic institution.

Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund will be made to those who cancel for any reason before Friday, June 3, 2011. For cancellations received June 3, 2011, or later, a 50% handling fee will be assessed. Refunds will not be given to those who do not cancel and do not attend. All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to service@eLearningGuild.net or faxed to (707) 566-8963. Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Please call (707) 566-8990 to arrange a substitution.
