Something has come up and I need to cancel. How do I go about doing this? A 100% refund will be made to those who cancel for any reason before June 3, 2011. For cancellations received June 3, 2011 or later, a 50% handling fee will be assessed. Refunds will not be given to those who do not cancel and do not attend. All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to service@eLearningGuild.net or faxed to +1.707.566.8963. Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Do I have to pay now, or can I be invoiced? You can be invoiced for your registration. Simply select the Bill Me payment option, and enter your PO# (if you don’t have a PO#, type in your name in the PO field). Once you submit your registration, we will email you an invoice. Can I sign up for a Pre-conference Certificate Program later if I decide to take one? Absolutely! However, please remember that Pre-conference Certificate Programs often sell out, so you’ll want to register for these events as soon as you can. back to top

Can I walk in and sign up for the conference? Walk-ins are accepted as long as the conference is not sold out. Materials for walk-in registrations are based on availability at the time of registration. back to top

What discounts are available? There are a variety of discounts available for the conference. There are three types of registration discounts: Early Registration (which expired on April 29th), Organizational, and Group discounts. What type of proof should I send to receive my discount? To receive an Organizational Discounts, you must fax proof of eligibility to +1.707.566.8963. Verification types include:
- A statement on your organization’s letterhead verifying your proof of employment
- A copy of your organization-issued ID card

What hotel should I stay at? You should stay at the hotel where the event is taking place, the Fairmont San Jose. The eLearning Guild has established a special negotiated rate of $159 a night (USD), available through May 27, 2011.
