Adding performance support to your organization’s learning strategy is about more than just adding job aids to the list of resources you provide employees. Performance support is a powerful discipline that spans many deliverables and unique methodologies. Organizational readiness is a huge part of being successful when adding performance support programs to your overall strategy.

In this workshop you will explore what “organizational readiness” means in the context of performance support. You will examine the readiness question through the unique perspectives of the different stakeholders in the organization, including the L&D team, line managers, and even the learners themselves. You will explore all of the factors that must be considered in order for performance support programs to be successful in an organization, and you will leave the workshop with a strategy to address each of them.
