Registration Information & Fees 

How to Participate

When you register for a single Online Forum — either as an individual or as a multi-user site registration — you pay a one-time fee for access to a specific Online Forum event and its associated handouts and recordings. Fees include the entire two-day online program and access to the Event Resource Page — with all handouts and session recordings — for 1 year. Alternatively, with an eLearning Guild Member-Plus or Premium membership, access to all Online Forums as well as the Online Forums Archive is included as part of your annual membership.

Important Registration Information

How to Register

Registrations can be made right up to the start of the event. However, to ensure that you have ample opportunity to prepare for your Online Forum we encourage you to register at least 2 days prior to its start.

Registration Discounts

One or more of the following discounts may apply to your registration fee. Discounts that can be combined include member discount, an early registration discount, one organizational discount. Make sure you are logged-in when you register online so our system can calculate your final fee having factored in all your discounts!

Early Registration Discounts — Save $100 if you register by the following deadlines:

  • Dec 8 & 9 - Lessons and Insights from Ten eLearning Masters
    Early registration deadline is November 24, 2011.

Organizational Discounts

  • Non-profit (full-time) Employee Discount* — 25%
  • Government (full-time) Employee Discount* — 25%
  • Academic Institution (accredited/full-time) Student or Employee Discount* — 50%

* To validate your registration at any of these discount rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your role. Please fax to +1.707.566.8963 or email to service@eLearningGuild.com within 24 hours of your online registration.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Register for an Online Forum and participate. If you find you did not gain valuable new ideas that you can put to work in your organization, or if production difficulties inhibited your participation and learning through no fault of your own, just write us and let us know and we will provide a full refund. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time up until 5 working days prior to the start of the Online Forum. Please email cancellations and substitutions to service@eLearningGuild.com or fax them to 707.566.8963.

  • No refunds for cancellations received within 5 working days prior to the start of the Online Forum.
  • No refund for those who do not cancel and do not participate — session recordings and handouts remain available.
  • No partial refunds if you only participate in part of the Online Forum. (You have access to the Event Resources page for 1 year, so you have access to all content assets.)
  • If The eLearning Guild is forced to cancel any Online Forum for any reason, we will provide a full refund to all participants.
