There are a number of common issues and considerations relating to the implementation and project management of mLearning in organizations that must to be addressed to be successful: lack of buy-in and support, obtaining the content and tools required for successful implementation,  and limited resources (budget, schedule, know how).

This session will include practical techniques to effectively discuss mLearning with internal and external clients. These discussions will help to determine and uncover a need to use mLearning. Participants will learn best practices and design considerations, and a simple and effective methodology for managing a project on budget, on schedule, and within scope will be discussed.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How to manage a project on budget, on schedule, and within scope
  • Techniques to uncover mobile learning needs and gain buy-in from internal and external clients

Audience:
