Performance Support Strategy—Where Do You Start?
Performance Support Symposium 2013 - September 9, 2013
Senior Learning and Performance Strategist
In a global organization with constantly changing products, processes, and systems, it is more important than ever to find new ways to make expertise more accessible to employees. While Bank of America’s global learning organization offers a deep set of learning solutions, it must continue to find new ways to grow and sustain employee performance, particularly at the moment of apply.
During this session, you will explore how to develop performance support solutions embedded in the workflow, providing access to information when employees need it most. The key to building a strategy is to understand how your team performs and develop technology that embeds resources in your processes and procedures. If you’re embarking on a performance support strategy for your business, you’ll learn how to create a business case for your strategy, how to assess your organization’s readiness and needs, and how to incorporate analysis and design processes into your traditional learning efforts. We’ll also discuss building your business and technical requirements and how to evaluate and implement the right performance support technologies.
