Enterprise software implementations (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, NetSuite) carry unique requirements. Whether it is a first-time implementation, a re-implementation, an upgrade, or just ongoing operation, these complex software applications can break training organizations not prepared for or accepting of the realities that these applications impose. However, there are things you can do to survive in these environments, and if you do them correctly you can even thrive. This session will give you a framework for success.

This session will give participants the top 10 things that you can do to succeed in training for your enterprise software implementation and will provide you with the techniques to survive and thrive in the rapidly changing environments of enterprise software. While this session draws on examples using Oracle products, such as E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft, the techniques are applicable to other vendors.
