Why Social Should Be at the Heart of Your Learning Ecosystem
Ecosystem 2014 - March 21, 2014
Sr. Manager, Programming
The eLearning Guild
A learning ecosystem is designed to support people and the work they do. Putting social at the heart of your ecosystem places an increased emphasis on performance, not just learning. This is what organizational leaders truly want, but how does a learning leader build a social strategy? It’s not a matter of simply implementing best practices; starting, sustaining, and scaling social is a unique struggle for each organization.
In this session you will explore first-hand examples for enhancing and extending learning and performance using social tools. You will learn how to identify use cases in your organization that can be targeted to help gain a foothold in the use of collaborative tools to reduce the dependency on traditionally slower, costlier, less effective approaches to performance support.
