DevLearn 2018 Conference & Expo - October 24, 2018
Senior Analyst, Assessment and Evaluation

With training being a billion-dollar industry, companies invest large amounts of capital in the development of their employees. One aspect that is often neglected, however, is measuring the impact of the training on the employees and the company.
In this session, you will learn more about how JetBlue University uses industry best practices to measure the effectiveness of their training, and how the company works closely with their design and development team to improve training programs for crew members.
