market. Prior to joining GlobalEnglish, Daniel founded Serious Insights, a
boutique analyst firm. He previously served as director of business insights at
Microsoft, and as CKO and research vice president at Forrester Research.
Daniel, an internationally recognized speaker, is the author of Listening to the
Future and Management by Design. He writes regularly about the future of
technology and culture at GeekWire, iPhone Life, and PopMatters. Daniel also
teaches at Bellevue College.
