Over 700 respondents, primarily managers and individual contributors, responded to the survey and surprisingly, nearly one-third of the respondents are not satisfied with the LMS product they are using! There are hundreds of LMS products available in an ever-changing marketplace. Many organizations are already on their second- or third-generation LMS. Given the number of products available and the different types of functionality offered, organizations often struggle to determine what type of LMS is most appropriate for their needs.
