eLearning Salary & Compensation: Advice for Workers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers
February 27, 2019
The eLearning Guild conducts annual salary and compensation surveys from membership and compiles the data into a report. An analysis of these reports shows that the data doesn’t change drastically from year to year. As a result, the 2019 report is taking a different approach.
This research report by Jane Bozarth, eLearning Salary & Compensation: Advice for Workers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers, compares 2018 data collected from eLearning Guild members to current recruitment data gathered from popular job sites. This report reviews job postings on major job sites in the US, Canada, the UK, and India to illuminate areas of interest for workers, as well as advice for recruiters and managers on attracting and retaining top talent.
Whether you’re a worker, a recruiter, or a manager, this report gives important advice for everyone across the job market. Download this report to discover the findings from an analysis of the recruitment data.
