These seven factors were revealed in recent research that analyzed hundreds of training sessions of international companies. The study looked at how transfer took place six months later. During this session, you will be invited to use a web-based app called Transfer Quick Scan. The app checks the rate of transfer of a learning program of your choice. It shows you directly the effectiveness of the seven factors and advises you on how to redesign your learning program to have more impact. You can use these results Monday back at work!
