Formerly a consultant with McKinsey & Company, he works closely with senior executives to develop, implement, and measure performance-based strategies. Prior to McKinsey, Gary spent several years as VP of strategy at marketing incentives firm MTC Performance and as the founder/CEO of Sivox Technologies, a simulation training company.
