Going Back for the Future: Toward High Performance with the 70:20:10 Approach
Online Events Archive
Future of Learning Summit 2017 - February 16, 2017
Duntroon Associates & Co-founder, 70:20:10 Institute
One of the major obstacles for L&D professionals has been the inability to get out of the “training bubble.” Taking people away from the workflow and focusing on building knowledge and skills alone will never deliver high performance. Your organization needs to do things differently if it’s to be fit for the future.
This session will look at some practical ways to move mindsets and practices from learning to performance using the 70:20:10 reference model. You will be offered insights and some tools to help make the move from designing and delivering pure “10” solutions (training) to 70:20:10 solutions, where learning and work are tightly linked and performance improvement is the major focus.
