Compliance Training Summit 2018 - November 14, 2018

Will Thalheimer
President
Work-Learning Research
Learning evaluation has always been difficult, but today, with old practices being discredited and new technologies disrupting old ways of thinking, the discipline of learning evaluation is exploding in confusion.
In this session, we will examine fundamental principles and research-based insights, and a new learning-evaluation model, that may better measure impact and effectiveness. You'll learn about dangerous biases in evaluation and a radical new approach to learner feedback, and make sense of how to evaluate your compliance training. Even if your organization is just doing compliance training because it has to, this session will help you deconstruct compliance training and wrap your head around meaningful goals and how to measure them.
