401 Chatbots: Advancing Mobile Training, Development, and Support

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 15

Chatbot development, investment, and improvement measures are growing daily, and for good reason: Chatbots are the future of mobile. Worldwide, the number of users for messaging apps like Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and WeChat has surpassed the number of social media users. And many people have reached app fatigue, so doing everything you want from within one app is preferred. What will the explosion of chatbots mean for learning experience designers?

In this session, you’ll learn how chatbots can help engage your audience with learning and support delivered directly to their mobile phones via text messages. You’ll explore how chatbots put the learning and support into your learners’ pockets with the benefits of automation, just-in-time access, and real-time feedback. You will also see real-world examples of how chatbots today are successfully being used for learning and development.
