Have you ever wanted to pick the brain of someone you heard speak at an event? Here’s your chance!
In this closing session of the Learning Personalization Summit, moderator Bianca Woods will be joined by three speakers who will further examine how to put the promise of personalized learning to work. They'll examine specific things you can do today to start incorporating personalization into your work, and how to start preparing yourself for the complex world the technologies of tomorrow are building for learning personalization. The floor will also be open to attendees, allowing you to share your own experiences and ask questions of the panel.

Bianca Woods is senior manager of programming for The eLearning Guild and the founder of Clever Raptor, an L&D design studio. With degrees in both art education and education media design & technology, she's passionate about demystifying design and technology for others. She loves designing course content and media, test driving new learning technology, and taking photos of bizarre warning signs. When she's not crafting learning projects, she can often be found obsessing about new tech, live tweeting industry events, and searching for the perfect cupcake.
Megan Torrance is CEO and founder of TorranceLearning, which helps organizations connect learning strategy to design, development, data, and ultimately performance. Megan has over 25 years of experience in learning design, deployment, and consulting. Megan and the TorranceLearning team are passionate about sharing what works in learning, so they devote considerable time to teaching and sharing about agile project management for learning experience design and, of course, the Experience API (xAPI). TorranceLearning hosts the xAPI Learning Cohort, a free, virtual 12- week learning-by-doing opportunity where teams form on the fly and create proof-of-concept xAPI projects.

JD Dillon is the chief learning architect at Axonify. He is one of the most prolific authors and speakers in workplace learning today. With his practical approach, JD integrates science, technology, storytelling, and common sense to enable employees, improve performance, and drive business results. He is the founder of LearnGeek, a corporate advising and education services firm. At Axonify he partners with an award-winning team to solve business problems for leading organizations through modern learning practices and cutting-edge technology.

Lynne McNamee is the president of Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency. She has managed marketing campaigns for companies such as Avis, HP, and Bank of America, and recently was the marketing director for Bluewater, consultants for learning, talent, and human capital management. Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency, which Lynne founded in 2008, specializes in strategy, plans, processes, and tactical execution of multi- and omni-channel marketing programs for B2B entrepreneurial companies. She has been a HubSpot partner since 2011. She was cited by the New York Times for innovations in marketing.
