Individual Membership Policies

The following policies apply to all individual membership levels.

• Members are required to provide valid contact information and are encouraged to keep it current during the term of their membership.
• Those joining at the Member, Member Plus, and Premium Member levels are required to pay all applicable membership fees within 30 days, or membership may be suspended until payment is received.
• U.S. copyright laws apply to all materials provided to members as part of any membership - including, but not limited to, Learning Solutions eMagazine and Guild Research.
• All materials provided to members are for the sole use of the registered member. Duplication or redistribution by any means is strictly forbidden without written authorization from The eLearning Guild. Permission.
• Individual memberships are transferable upon receipt of written notice from the primary member. Individual memberships may be transferred only once during an annual membership term.
• Group memberships are transferable upon receipt of written instructions from the Group Representative. A single Group membership may be transferred only once during an annual membership term.
