Registration Information & Fees

Fees include the entire 2-day online program and access to the Event Resources page with all handouts and session recordings for 1 year.

Registration Discounts

 

One or more of the following discounts may apply to your registration fee. Discounts that can be combined include member discount, an early registration discount, one organizational discount. Make sure you are logged-in when you register online so our system can calculate your final fee having factored in all your discounts!

  • Early Registration Discount — $100 if you register by the following deadlines:

      Early registration deadline is March 26, 2010
    • April 29 & 30, 2010 - Practical and Effective Assessments in e-Learning
      Early registration deadline is April 16, 2010

      Early registration deadline is April 30, 2010
    • June 10 & 11, 2010 - The Rapid Development Tools Intensive

Site Registration

 
Site Registration
Pay one fee, set up a meeting room, and your whole team can participate together! Participating as part of a Site Registration requires one computer for each of the two connections issued. A data projector or large monitor is highly recommended if you intend to view the Online Forums with a group. Additionally, external speakers are required to broadcast audio. How to Register

Registrations can be made right up to the start of the event. However, to ensure that you have ample opportunity to prepare for your Online Forum we encourage you to register at least 2 days prior to its start.

  • By Phone — If you have any questions or concerns about the Guild Online Forums, or if you want to register by phone, please call our office at +1.707.566.8990.

Register for an Online Forum and participate... if you find that you did not gain valuable new ideas that you can put to work in your organization, or if production difficulties inhibited your participation and learning through no fault of your own, just write us and let us know and you will receive a full refund. 

Cancellation Policy

 

All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Substitutions can be made at any time up until 5 working days prior to the start of the Online Forum. Please email cancellations and substitutions to service@eLearningGuild.com or fax them to 707.566.8963.

  • No refunds for cancellations received within 5 working days prior to the start of the Online Forum
  • No refund for those who do not cancel and do not participate
  • No partial refunds if you only participate in part of the Online Forum (You have access to the Event Resources page for 1 year, so you do have access to all content assets.)
  • If The eLearning Guild is forced to cancel any Online Forum for any reason, a full refund will be made to all participants.
