Lydia Mans is a freelance instructional designer with over 15 years of experience in the field of education. She is passionate about creating eLearning and virtual learning experiences that are accessible to all learners and is in the process of studying for her Accessible Document Specialist certification exam. Lydia has designed eLearning and virtual training in the aerospace and defense, health and safety, and public education sectors.
