Badrul H. Khan, Ph.D. served as a consultant at the World Bank, U.S. government agencies, Ministries of Education in several countries, academic institutions, and corporations. He is credited with coining the phrase “Web-based instruction” in his 1997 bestselling book Web Based Instruction. He has authored five books in e-Learning and his Managing E-Learning book was translated into 14 languages. He has keynoted more than 40 international conferences. Dr. Khan is a past President of the International Division of the Association for Educational and Communication Technology, and founding Director of the Educational Technology (ET) Leadership graduate cohort program at George Washington University, and the ET graduate program at University of Texas at Brownsville.
