J. Stuart Horsfall, EdD, CEO of Medallion Learning, is an experienced manager and leader with 30 years in the educational publishing industry. With a background in educational research, he has been an evaluator to over 50 innovative educational programs seeking to demonstrate efficacy and validate their practices. He became deeply interested in effective instruction at Sopris West, a publishing company serving K-12 educators of at-risk students where he was President and CEO. Medallion Learning is the culmination of Stuart’s career, providing him the vehicle to combine his passion for instruction and assessment with cutting-edge technology. Stuart also serves on the Board of AXZO Press.
