Elki Camacho is the training technologies manager for Bayer Healthcare, where she is responsible for new learning technologies. She has spent over 10 years in the pharmaceuticals wearing different hats in the T&D arena. Her passion for technology led to her business award in 2011 for overcoming complexity, and again in 2013 for driving change through efficiency. Her passion for technology leads Elki to champion digital literacy in both her professional and personal life.
