Aimee Yarwood, a program manager at Anthem, has worked in learning and development for over 13 years, designing and delivering solutions ranging from instructor-led training programs (virtual and live) to self-paced, including eLearning. Aimee is passionate about using new strategies to deliver engaging learning in a variety of contexts. At Anthem she leads a cross-functional workgroup exploring the strategic use of gamification to enhance the value of learning and increase learner engagement. Aimee is a Certified Master Trainer with multiple specialty certifications, including instructional design, facilitation, performance technology, synchronous design, and eLearning design.
